Mr. Reza deals with all categories of immigration matters including point based, Human rights and Asylum. He has extensive experiences on Immigration and Asylum appeal matters in the First Tier and Upper Tribunal. He also covers the Judicial Review, Detention and highly experienced in assisting businesses obtain sponsor licences from Home Office.
Mr. Reza takes instructions on commercial conveyancing matters including Lease & Licence, Deed of Trusts.

Mr Reza has highly experience in dealing with the family matters including Divorce, Non-Molestation Order and Child Arrangement Order.

Mr. Reza previously worked as a Researcher in various organisations in Bangladesh and in the UK. His article namely ‘Cyber crime and prevention measures: Bangladesh perspective has been published in The Daily Star (The Law & Rights, Issue No: 134, September 5, 2009). He reviewed Bangladeshi Information & Communication Act 2006 namely, ‘Cyber Law in Bangladesh: An overview of ICT Act, 2006’.

Mr. Reza has been working as Presenter of Legal and contemporary political talk show on TV media and online platform. He also worked as Volunteer in different charitable organisations in Bangladesh and here in the UK, namely, Bangladesh National Women Lawyers’ Association (BNWLA), Consortium for Street Children, UK as Researcher and Toynbee Hall, UK as Immigration and Employment Advisor.

He also has interest in research works, reading books, listening music and poem recitation and travelling.
